So the big trip started yesterday yesterday. It has now been 25 hours since we took off from Melbourne and we are still travelling. I’m typing this at Heathrow airport in London. The trip so far hasn’t been too bad. The 10 hour flight to Hong Kong was full of lots of movies and TV watching. And then I slept for 9 hours on the 12 hour flight over to London. I’m showered and fresh, and now ready for the final 3 hour flight to Budapest. I’m really excited that there has been lots of snow falls in Europe. So we might see a white Christmas after all. I’ll try to make some videos of the trip and post them along the way.

So my vacation from my day job started today. It’s been really busy leading up to this day. As well as shooting I’ve been spending hours at this desk editing scenes to post after we head to Europe tomorrow. It’s really important to keep the updates coming regularly while we are on the road. It’s a bit hectic editing and setting everything up. I know things look a mess right now but I’m sure by tonite I’ll be ready to pack.

It’s fun getting the guys off on their own to do some solo shooting occasionally. I really like this photo shoot with Chris. Apart from being totally cute, I really liked the lighting seeping in to the bathroom on this day that Chris and I snuck off to do our own thing. Chris had actually pulled an all-nighter with his mates before he turned up for the scene on Sunday. So he wanted to take a shower before his scene with William. So why waste an opportunity to get some shots of Chris getting soaked. I should use the bathroom for shooting more often. I really like the moody lighting in there.

This weekend Sexpo is in town at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. It’s always a lot of fun checking out Sexpo, all the stalls and all the amazing shows they have there. And best of all… there are so many hot guys there! It’s ridiculous the amount of sexy men getting around with boners in their pants. Some of the guys from this site are performing in the peep shows tonight and tomorrow night. If you are in Melbourne and you haven’t seen Sexpo… you must go check it out.

So this is what happens when you travel with me. Eventually you’re going to end up in porn scenes. Zac is usually behind the camera shooting guys for the site. But when I got bored during our extended stay in Bangkok I convinced Zac to get in front of the camera again while I got to try out the 2 new cameras I bought over there. The video scene looks pretty hot. It took me a long time to find a fleshlight in Bangkok. Apparently sex toys are illegal there. I eventually managed to find a street market vendor selling them. The little rubber toy was almost broken by the time Zac finished with it.

I was really surprised this week to hear that the city of San Francisco has banned outdoor nudity. It surprises me because San Francisco has always been such a liberal city. I think that’s why I enjoy shooting guys there so much. The porn industry is huge there and the guys there seem to be more uninhibited than anywhere else in the world. It is San Francisco that has inspired a lot of my photography.
The ban apparently excludes a few events like the Folsom Street Fair, a big fetish festival held each year in September. I’m sure this ban will have upset quite a lot of the guys who like to guy out wandering naked in the streets around the gay area in the Castro. He are a bunch of shots I have taken on some of my visits to the city. I will still visit there. I love the guys there too much not to go.

It’s amazing how quick this year has gone past. It’s been a very busy year with Zac and Tyson joining the team. Zac taking on the video editing and helping me with shooting, and Tyson working on the remodelling of the website. The guys have brought some pretty cool changes to the site and we have lots more improvements on the way. Zac has been busy finding new guys to model on the site, like our new big dick twink Rick Dalton. I like it that both Zac and Rick braved the cold to head out to the rooftop to take these photos and do a little filming. I think Rick is going to be a big hit on the site. I like the shots and video they did a lot.

With just 2 weeks left till I start my vacation I’m very busy at the moment editing all the shoots done over the past few weeks so they are uploaded and ready to post while I am in Europe for Christmas. This year seems to have gone by incredibly fast. I’m looking forward to catching up with some of the guys we shot with last year in Europe and meeting some new guys. The travel plan so far is to visit Budapest – Berlin – Bucharest – Frankfurt. Even though the light won’t be so great for shooting, it really is a beautiful time of the year to be in Europe. Once again I’m hoping for a WHITE Christmas. I’m taking a quick break from editing later today to shoot with a new guy here in Melbourne. The weather report says it’s going to be a very hot day.

I have just finished posting the video I made with Axel Peters in my hotel in Bangkok. And it made me think about how much I like travelling in Thailand. It’s one of my favourite countries in the world. Sure it’s a rough travelling around Asia and the services are not what we are used to when travelling around major westernised countries. But there is something about Thailand that I really like. The warm weather, the friendly happy people and the laid back lifestyle. I recently went to Thailand (Pattaya and Bangkok) to take my parents, brothers and sisters on a vacation. There were 12 of us all up. Everyone had a great time. But Zac and I ended up staying on another 2 weeks. I am lucky with my day job in IT that I can work from anywhere in the world. So I worked for 2 weeks from hotels in Bangkok. It made me realise how much I would like to try living there sometime. It also made me realise how expensive living in Australia is. The cost difference between the same products in these countries is outrageous! After having travelled so much now I’m becoming aware of how expensive it is to live in Australia. While we were in Thailand we also managed to do a bit of shooting with some Euro guys we met there. It’s so nice to shoot in a place where it’s always hot and sunny.
